When will my order arrive?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery in the UK & EU usually takes 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days to request a return. Simply email us at Support@melloastore.com with your order number. We’ll send you instructions and a prepaid label (the cost is deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to the UK, EU and selected international destinations. Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout.
