Summary (TL;DR)
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- UK & EU 14-day cooling-off: cancel for any reason.
- We provide the return label; its actual cost is deducted from your refund (except if the item is faulty, damaged, or wrong).
- Refunds go back to the original payment method after inspection.
How to start a return
- Email us at Support@melloastore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and send instructions plus a prepaid return label when applicable.
- Ship the item back within the stated timeframe using the provided label.
Note: Items sent back without contacting us first may be refused.
Return eligibility
- Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in the original packaging.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs
- Change of mind / not as expected: We provide a prepaid label; the actual label cost will be deducted from your refund. We’ll share the amount for your confirmation before you proceed.
- Faulty, damaged, or wrong item: We cover return shipping or provide a free replacement/refund.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Your statutory rights are not affected (e.g., items that are faulty or not as described remain eligible).
Sale items
Discounted items can be returned under the same conditions unless marked “final sale”. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

For the fastest service, return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
UK & EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is delivered to the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition (as above). We will refund the item price and the standard outbound shipping cost (if any). You are responsible for the return shipping, except for faulty or wrong items.
Refunds
- We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm approval status.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
